Eat Well, Dinner Idea Under $50

Eating good on a budget. Being a wife and mom of two I'm constantly in the kitchen trying to find new ways to feed everyone. I can't get out the house often to go out to eat so I decided to try and make my plate a little more fancy these days. If you are craving some thing Gourmet then this is for you.
Here is a easy meal everyone will sure to love Rosemary Garlic-Butter Lamb

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper
1 rosemary sprig
2 large garlic clove, smashed
How to make:
Massage your lamb with salt and pepper to your liking
Get your Cast Iron skillet
Butter your skillet and add oil on medium heat
When hot add garlic and rosemary
Add Lamb for about 35 minutes, turning every 3 to 4 minutes
Transfer the lamb to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes
(Optional) If you have a griddle skillet then sear your lamb on for 2 minutes each side for that Golden crust texture and it builds flavor.
Storage:
Refrigerate leftovers in glass container for up to 4 days
