Peach Cobbler Oatmeal

Is your Oatmeal boring? Well literally spice it up with this Peach cobbler oatmeal.

One of my favorite desserts is peach cobbler so this oatmeal was a no brainier to create.

Not the healthiest breakfast but its something exciting to try at least once in a blue moon.

First make your sauteed peaches.


Here is what you'll need:

  • 2 cups of Frozen peaches or Canned works fine.

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • A lot of Cinnamon and Nutmeg

Add ingredients in your saucepan and simmer until peaches is soft



Oatmeal You’ll need:


  • Old Fashioned Oats or Rolled Oats,

  • Almond Milk

  • Water

  • Dash of Salt

It's usually 1/2 cup oats to 1 cup of liquid


but


I like combining 1/2 a cup of water and 1/2 a cup of almond milk with a dash of salt for the best consistency.



Top your delicious oatmeal with peaches and the cobbler sauce

(granola is optional)
