
Shrimp and Vegetable Kabobs
Perfect for any hot day. Easy meal to put on the grill.

Shrimp Kabobs
First thing first, clean your shrimp..
Peel and devein the dark line running across the top of shrimp.
I use fresh lemon and water in a bowl to clean shrimp.

Ingredients
1 pound of shrimp
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 garlic cloves
Dash of parsley
Dash of cayenne pepper
Marinate shrimp and vegetables for at least one hour in a large bowl. Let sit in fridge.
Grill them 2-3 minutes per side
You can also broil skewers in oven for 4 minutes each side.

Veggie Kabobs

Ingredients 1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 red onion
4 zucchini
mushrooms
dash of parsley
1 tsp fresh rosemary
garlic salt (to taste)
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
brush olive oil on skewers
Layer skewers and grill for approximately 5-8 minutes per side or until vegetables get soft.
*helpful tip*
If using bamboo skewers soak them in water before cooking to prevent them from burning fast.
